At Wilson Capital Group, we are committed to providing high-quality AI automation services and customized technology solutions. Because our services involve digital products, software configurations, and custom development work, the following refund policy applies.

 

Service-Based Nature of Our Products

All services provided by Wilson Capital Group, including but not limited to AI agent setup, automation workflows, system integrations, and consulting services, are considered custom digital services. Once work has begun on a project or a system has been deployed, the service is considered delivered.

For this reason, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

 

Subscription Services

For services billed on a recurring monthly basis, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing; however, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once the subscription has begun.

 

Custom Development Work

Any custom automation, AI agent configuration, workflow development, or technical implementation performed by Wilson Capital Group is considered custom work. Due to the time, expertise, and resources involved in building these systems, custom development fees are non-refundable once development has started.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and necessary access to platforms or tools required for implementation. Delays caused by missing information, lack of communication, or unavailable resources do not qualify for refunds.

 

Service Performance

While our AI systems are designed to improve operational efficiency and support business growth, Wilson Capital Group does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results. Performance may vary depending on factors outside our control, including market conditions, internal business processes, and client engagement.

 

Policy Updates

Wilson Capital Group reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.
